Every commission begins with a conversation. We work with you to translate an idea — a stone, a memory, a feeling — into a piece that exists nowhere else on earth.
How it works
The commission process
House of Yusei accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions each season. Each piece is conceived, designed, and hand-finished in our studio. From initial consultation to final delivery, the process typically spans eight to sixteen weeks depending on complexity.
Consultation
We begin with a detailed conversation about your vision — the occasion, the stone, the metal, the feeling you want the piece to carry. No brief is too abstract.
Design & Proposal
Our studio produces hand-rendered sketches and, where appropriate, 3D renderings. You receive a full design proposal with stone selection and pricing before any work begins.
Crafting
Once approved, your piece enters production. We work exclusively in platinum, 18ct gold, and ethically sourced diamonds and opals. Progress updates are shared throughout.
Delivery
Your finished piece arrives with full documentation: stone certificates, provenance records, and a care guide. Worldwide insured delivery is included.
