Return Policy

Diamonds may be returned within 14 days of purchase. All diamond returns require verification of the micro serial number laser-inscribed on the girdle of the stone, followed by a full diamond test to confirm authenticity and condition. This verification process can take up to 3 business days. Returns will not be processed until verification is complete.

Opals may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the stone shows no damage of any kind. Opals are delicate by nature — chips, cracks, scratches, or any signs of mishandling will void the return.

Pre-made, ready-to-wear jewelry pieces may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition. Pieces must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage. All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included.

Custom and bespoke commissions are non-returnable. Each commission is designed and crafted entirely to the client's specifications — the stone selection, setting design, metal choice, and dimensions are unique to that individual order. Because no two commissions are alike and the work cannot be repurposed, all sales are final once a commission has been confirmed.
